Refund and Cancellation Policy: Our refund and cancellation policies are detailed below. 

• Books, CD’s and other Merchandise: We do not offer refunds, exchanges or cancellations for any merchandises sold on the website. 

• Workshop Fees: Any workshops fees once paid will not be refunded. 

• Donations: Any donations once made will not be refunded. 

• Electronic Gift Certificate: All e-vouchers are valid for 6 months from the date of purchase.
